Удивилась сама себе, когда скачала эту программу (поклонницей хип-хопа я не являюсь, но хотелось разнообразить свой кардиотренинг). Тренировка замечательная - есть и аэробная нагрузка, и мышцы пресса хорошо работают, и инструктор зажигает!
